Terms & Conditions for All Ticket Holders

I, as a participant of The Yard & Garden Show for 2025, being held in Sevier County September 2025 shall indemnify, protect, and save harmless any garden or yard participating in the Yard & Garden show, 2025 from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs or other liabilities for damages to property and injury or death to persons which may arise out of or be connected with the maintenance, presence, uneven surfaces, any equipment installed or placed for the purpose of the Yard & Garden Show, 2025.

I, shall indemnify, protect and hold harmless the Yard & Garden Show, 2025, including people showing their yards, volunteers, committee members, etc. from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs or other liabilities for damages to property and injury or death to persons which may arise out of or be connected with structures, plants, and hardscape items associated with the persons sharing their yards and gardens.

In agreeing to this form, I shall exempt any Yard & Garden Show, 2025 any yard and garden, any volunteer, any committee member from intentional wrongdoing or willful negligence, indemnify, protect, save harmless, and covenant to not sue the above mentioned personnel, agents, and/or representatives from against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs or other liabilities for damages to property and injury or death to persons which may arise out of or be connected with travel or stay for the Yard & Garden Show, Sept 2025
I acknowledge that I am prohibited from bringing children under the age of 8 or animals.I acknowledge that I am not permitted to enter the gardener's home for bathroom or personal use.I acknowledge that I waive any rights to litigate against any accidents I cause or am involved in, with the exception of cases involving criminal conduct.I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any damage incurred to a homeowner's yard and/or garden that I directly cause, and I commit to covering all associated costs arising from such damage.I acknowledge that there are no refunds. If I, or anyone in my party, is unable to attend, our admission fee will be considered a donation to benefit the disabled children participating in the Rocky Mountain Invitational for the Blind.
