We feel it is our responsibility to recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. Please feel free to ask your vacation planner any questions about the travel insurance they have recommended.
- I, the Guest on the reservation for travel dates and destination specified above, decline the offer to purchase travel protection/trip insurance for the stated reservation.
- I understand that I am solely responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
- I will also make my own separate travel, medical, and any other provisions in the event of an emergency while I am traveling.
- I understand that I am not protected from loss in the event of any travel vendor, travel supplier, or any travel-related operator default.
- This waiver confirms that I voluntarily decline travel insurance and travel protection insurance for the trip I booked with Vacation Ning.
- I understand I am solely liable for all airline fees, supplier fees, and agency fees that may apply.
- I assume and understand that there is a risk involved with my travel and my travel activities and/or excursions.
- I acknowledge that I was informed about my options but I declined the insurance, and I hereby release Vacation Ning, and its agents from any and all liability.
- I understand that by opting out of the insurance coverage option(s) provided by Vacation Ning, I will not be eligible for the benefits and coverage offered by the plan.
- I have been advised of the cancellation penalties of my trip and I acknowledge the receipt of the information of travel insurance from my vacation planner.
- I understand if I do purchase travel insurance and need to cancel my plans for a covered reason, I will not be charged a cancellation fee by the agency.
I have read this document; I understand this document and all consequences resulting from my decision to DECLINE to purchase trip protection/trip insurance.
