We are excited about this year's Summer Park Fair in Darrington! Thank you for your interest in participating with us.

Please complete all applicable fields of this application. There is a $25 vendor fee for each vendor space measuring roughly 10x10 and $50 per food vendor space. Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full. Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments.

This agreement is to verify your participation in the Park Fair on Saturday, August 23rd at Old School Park, Darrington Washington 98241.

No illegal drugs, firearms, open flames or alcohol allowed on the premises. Alcohol contained in tinctures as well as hemp/CBD products are allowed.

Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.Vendors may have access to event space beginning 7:00 am with the event begining at 10am. The event concludes at 4:00 pm and vendors have until 6:00 pm for break down.

Participation in the August 23rd Park Fair is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

Kindly ensure that you come prepared with suitable weights for your canopy. Given the occasional occurrence of wind gusts, it is advisable to have proper anchoring in place to ensure the stability and safety of your setup.

Payment shall be made directly through PayPal, by check or cash. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, Darrington Strong will rescheduled the Park Fair for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by Darrington Strong this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
