Cancellation & refund Policy
We understand that sometimes life circumstances change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both participants and organizers:
Payment & Deposits:
To secure your spot, there are 2 options:
- Payment of full amount at subscription. 100€ discount if you bring a friend.
- A 500€ non-refundable deposit at subscription. The remaining amount must be paid by June 16, 2025.
Cancellation by participant:
* More than 60 days before the retreat: full refund minus non-refundable deposit.
* Between 30-60 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat price is refundable.
* Less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund, but you may transfer your spot to another participant.
* No-shows or early departure: no refund will be given if you do not attend or leave the program early.
Cancellation by organizer:
If we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or you have the option to transfer your payment to a future program. However, we are not responsible for additional expenses (such as flights or travel costs).
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
