List the top 3 priorities you are looking for in a group:
Community of like-minded, values-oriented peers. Being CEO can be lonely with few peer relationships. Interested in being part of peer group that values impact-oriented businesses.
Confidential sounding board for high-stakes moments. Selling the company, firing a co-founder, navigating a lawsuit — situations too sensitive to discuss with staff, family, or even the board sometimes.
Unfiltered outside perspective. Peers who run their own companies have no stake in your decision and will just tell you if your plan sounds bad.
Accountability. A monthly room of peers who ask "did you actually do the thing you said you'd do" is a forcing function a lot of CEOs don't get anywhere else — no board meeting or 1:1 replicates it.
Skill-building outside their own experience. Especially for first-time CEOs or founders who've never managed at scale before — finance, hiring VPs, board management, succession — peers who've done it already are a shortcut past expensive mistakes.
