• I certify that all information I have provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to adopt an animal in my state or locality.

• I understand that all animals adopted from Reigning Reptile Rescue are strictly non-breeding, non-trading, and non-transferable. I agree that I will not sell, trade, breed, or rehome any animal adopted from this organization.

• If at any point I am unable or unwilling to care for the animal, I agree to return the animal to Reigning Reptile Rescue. I will not attempt to rehome the animal independently under any circumstances.

• I acknowledge that Reigning Reptile Rescue may contact me for follow-up purposes, and I give permission to be contacted using the information provided in this application.

• I understand that reptiles and amphibians may carry risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or zoonotic diseases (such as salmonella). I accept full responsibility for the animal’s health, behavior, and any associated risks after adoption. I release Reigning Reptile Rescue and its volunteers from any liability arising from ownership or interaction with the adopted animal.
