This is the application for all who want to participate. Please fill this out form in its entirety. Payment is also due with application - first come first serve. Payment options are available. Please message 814-325-7683 if needed upon completion for more information about payment plans. Applications will close once all spots are filled - FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ASAP. Fee total is $100 for each 8x8 inside or 10x10 outside for both days, not including convenience fees if they apply. Checks and money orders do not require fees. Payment information is at the bottom. *BOTH DAYS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT. DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITHOUT PAYMENT IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED.* Spaces Available: 15 indoor spots, 1 kitchen spot for a food vendor, and 11 outdoor canopy spots.

The next sections provide answers for event purposes. The contract is below and must be signed.
Contract & Liability:
Amaris Starseed and associates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the festivities at: The Boalsburg Fire Company 113 E Pine St, Boalsburg, PA 16827.

Amaris Starseed will be procuring event insurance for the event. The rental room is a smoke free environment - please DO NOT BURN incense, sage, or other herbs. Tables for vendors are allowed such as 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft, folding tables. They must be able to support weight, have no damages, and be in complete working condition. The space for vendors is approximately 8x8 inside and 10x10 (average canopy size.) 8 foot rectangle tables and plastic folding chairs can be provided for ALL if they request them. Additional chairs may be brought in by the vendor for their comfort.

*REIKI/MASSEUSE* - You may bring massage tables or chairs for attendees and they must support at least 250 lbs, chairs for your use, and additional but small (No bigger than 3x3 or 4x4) sturdy pieces to help hold items for your practice.

*READERS* - You may bring your own tables and chairs that can safely fit within an 8x8 space if inside, as long as the chairs can support at least 250 lbs.

*STAGE CLAUSE: There will be a temporary stage located in the back of the venue that will be available for performances. Amaris Starseed will schedule everyone according to the flow of the event but input is welcomed from each performer! There will be a purple canopy located in the back of the venue that will be reserved for demos, classes, and speeches by those who would like to contribute.

*CLEANLINESS CLAUSE: Please leave the area in which you found it. Do not leave any garbage behind. Take care not to cause any damages to the property. Please leave all decor left for host to take down unless asked other wise to do so. If you are in an outdoor spot please bring adequate weights, ties, rope and other fastenings for your canopy. Food vendors please dispose of garbage improper receptacles, clean all surfaces, sweep and or mop floors, and wash all utensils/dishes that came with the kitchen space if they were used etc.

*PROFESSIONALISM CLAUSE: It is asked that all vendors/performers or associates of them - refrain from any unprofessional behavior such as aggressive language, inappropriate aggressive outbursts, disrespect of others & property, throwing of objects or threatening acts, appear to be under influence & intoxicated, and slamming of objects or items of the property. This is not a definitive list and can be at the discretion of the host. Amaris Starseed aims to have events are are comfortable, safe, and fun for all! Any failure by individuals to adhere to these general guidelines will be asked to leave immediately and future applications to any Starseed Events will be denied.

*PHOTOGRAPHY CLAUSE: Amaris Starseed has the right to photograph exhibits, attendees and exhibitors for future marketing uses. Refunds will not be issued if the applicant or host cancels and by signing this application you agree to the stated terms. Please sign below to agree to terms.

*REFUND POLICY: There is a no return policy for vendor fees for this event. All funds are for promotions, venue, and other event organization fees. If a vendor cancels or cannot fulfill their spot on the event day, the spot will be forfeit and given to someone else.
