    Vendor Guidelines

    1. A Deposit of $25 per company or organization is due upon acceptance of your application. The Deposit is applied to your final Vendor Fee. Notification of acceptance will be by email on a rolling basis, with all vendors confirmed within three weeks of the festival they have selected.

    2. The Vendor Fee is due prior to setup and may be paid online or at the festival gate. Vendor Fee varies by festival and by the category of items you are selling. See details below. 

    3. Your entire set-up must be contained in your assigned space. Space allowances vary by festival and are detailed below. You may pay an additional Vendor Fee for more space.

    4. Water and electricity is provided only at festivals taking place at the Florida Sand Music Ranch (Florida Americana & Florida Winter Music Festivals). All other festivals at Sparacia Witherell Family Winery do not have hookups. Details and generator allowances are below. 

    5. No edible or smokable CBD products allowed unless accompanied by a Department of Agriculture certification noting it is made in a monitored facility with product testing.

    6. Well-mannered dogs/pets are allowed in craft booth area. No dogs or other animals  in food preparation areas.

    7. Tent/car camping is always allowed on your vendor site. RVs and trailers may require an additional fee depending on size (varies by festival). There are no hookups or overnight bathroom facilities at Sparacia Winery.

    8. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations within two weeks of a festival.

    Vendor Categories

    • Craft Vendors: Selling clothing, plants, accessories, soaps, candles, etc.
    • Single-Item Food Vendors: Serving a specific item (example: desserts, coffees, potatoes, popcorn)
    • Meal Service Food Vendors: Serving meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner service)

     

    Fees and allowances:

    • Florida Americana & Florida Winter Music Festivals @ Florida Sand Music Ranch:
      • Craft Vendors - $200.00
        Booth size not to exceed 10' x 10'. Additional 10' x 10' space requires additional $200.00 fee. 30 amp electric hook up is provided. Must be able to hook up to 30 amp. 110 service may not be used in addition to the 30 amp hook up and no generators may be used in festival area.
      • Single-Item Food Vendors - $150.00
        Booth size not to exceed eighteen feet (18’), 30 amp electric hook up, no generators may be used in festival area. Must be able to run on 30 amps.
      • Meal Service Food Vendors - $250.00 
        Booth size not to exceed thirty feet (30’), 30 amp electric hook up, no generators may be used in festival area. Must be able to run on 30 amps.
    • Foggy Longbritches Folk Festival, Reggae on the Vine, & Hugh’s Blues @ Sparacia Witherell Family Winery:
      • Single-Item Food Vendors & Craft Vendors - $75.00
        Booth size not to exceed 10' x 10'. Additional 10' x 10' space requires additional $75.00 fee. Must provide own power with a quiet generator. Vendor booths with loud generators will be placed at a distance from the stage.
      • Complete meal service - $100.00
        Must provide own power with a quiet generator. Vendor booths with loud generators will be placed at a distance from the stage.

We are happy to help but are not responsible for issues during setup that could have been solved by contacting us ahead of time.
