  • Join us for a free trial for the U10/U12/U16/Senior Women's at Nga Puna Wai, U9/13 Mixed at Selwyn or Senior Men's session held at Ara Institute. 

    Classes during the week: 

    Fridays U10 Mixed 5:30 to 6:30PM Nga Puna Wai
    Sundays U13 Mixed 3:30 to 4:30PM Nga Puna Wai
    Sundays U16 Mixed 4:30 to 5:30PM Nga Puna Wai
    Tuesdays U16 Girls 6:00 to 7:00PM Nga Puna Wai
    Fridays Senior Womens (+17yrs) 6:30 to 8:00PM Nga Puna Wai
    Monday Senior Mens (+17yrs) 6:30 to 8:00AM ARA Rec 
    Monday U13 Mixed 5:00 to 6:00PM Selwyn Sports Centre
