Join us for a free trial for the U12/U15/Senior Women's at Nga Puna Wai or Senior Men's session held at Ara Institute.

Classes during the week:

Fridays	Senior Womens (+17yrs)	6:30 to 7:30PM	Nga Puna Wai
Mondays	Senior Mens (+17yrs)	6:30 to 8:00AM	Ara Institute
