Please note that I require a $100 booking deposit for all appointments. Deposits go towards the cost of the tattoo the day of the appointment. If you no show or fail to provide 72 hours notice to cancel/reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.

Please bring your photo ID and make sure that you eat before your appointment! Also Please note that If you are on antibiotics at the time of your appointment we will need to reschedule, they affect the healing process and can ruin a tattoo.

If you are 16/17 years old you will need to have your parent/guardian present for the duration of the tattoo!
