  • FAQ/CANCELATION/POLICIES:

    Event bookings are subject to availability and must adhere to local health and safety regulations. For screenings of films currently on the theater's schedule and event space rentals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. A 100% non-refundable deposit is necessary for any screenings where a film has been requested that is not currently on the theater's schedule. All Events must be paid for no later than 5 days prior to your event. We understand that plans can change, and we may offer a credit at the theater's discretion for changes made up to 5 days prior to your event, applicable only against the same event type. Any requests to change your event within 5 days of its scheduled date may be subject to additional fees, pending the theater's review and approval. Please be aware that the theater may modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests must follow the theater's admission policies and house rules. All Playhouse buyouts will be required to contract the theater's security team to ensure a smooth event (details to be provided upon consultation). The party organizer will be held responsible for any damages to theater property.
