We are currently looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. Position Overview: Equipment Operator operating heavy equipment on various construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for digging, grading, and moving materials, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Operate excavators and other heavy machinery on construction sites. Perform tasks such as digging, trenching, grading, and moving earth and other materials. Ensure safe operation of machinery in accordance with all safety regulations and site specific requirements. Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure proper working conditions. Coordinate with the project manager and crew to complete tasks on schedule. Requirements: Experience operating heavy machinery. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety procedures. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Ability to handle demanding tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Additional heavy equipment certifications. Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects. What We Offer: Competitive pay of $20-$28 per hour based on experience.
