    PRICING

    All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where marked. A tax invoice will be issued via email upon successful enrolment/purchase.

    FEES

    Course fees are for tuition only and do not unless expressly stated, include the cost of consumables and other incidental costs. The availability of courses and services may change from time to time.

    ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

    All class fees including workshops and deposits are non-refundable. On some occasions, we will accept transfers to another class or workshop. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

     RIGHT TO MAKE THE LAST-MINUTE SUBSTITUTION OF TUTORS

    All Creative Connections-Dayboro Performing Arts teachers are professional, working tutors and artists. We reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions if they are unable to make the session due to other professional commitments.

    ADVERTISED DATES AND TIMES

    The advertised dates and times of courses may change without warning. If this is the case, all reasonable attempts will be made to contact you via SMS, email and telephone contact, however, confirmation of starting time and venue remains the responsibility of the student.

    GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Dayboro Performing Arts requires a minimum number of students to proceed.

    In the event a class or workshop is cancelled/postponed due to low enrolments, the course fee will be held in credit for a student to use at a later date that suits them within 1 year. The student may use the credit towards another enrolment, or contact us within 7 days of the course cancellation/postponement for a refund.

    We will send a courtesy reminder email the day before or on the day of the class commencement.

    Should the class be cancelled/postponed an email will be sent to the student advising them.

     PRIVACY POLICY

    This site uses TLS certificates to protect your privacy and security. It is regularly audited to ensure it complies with the credit card industry PCI standards.

    The site may store cookies in your browser and your browsing details may be anonymously stored to assist with website analytics.

    Dayboro Performing Arts adheres to the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) issued by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) oaic.gov.au/privacy.

    Keeping information secure is a priority for Dayboro Performing Arts. We respect the privacy of students, educators and staff.

    Information provided by individuals to Dayboro Performing Arts is to facilitate access to (including enrolment) and participation in our classes and workshops.

    PRIVACY AND MARKETING

    Dayboro Performing Arts will, from time to time, send SMS or emails to students and past students for marketing.

    Students/parents may at any time request that all such marketing cease. 

    Dayboro Performing Arts may, from time to time, contact students by other means such as post and telephone for marketing activities. Students who request so will be removed from any marketing lists.

    No personal information is ever or will ever be disclosed to unauthorised persons or organisations.

    SECONDARY MARKETING

    Dayboro Performing Arts does not allow for the use of student information for any secondary marketing not related to Dayboro Performing Arts, it’s events or activities

     

    Complaints Policy for Dayboro Performing Arts

    At Dayboro Performing Arts, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for all our participants, staff, and community members. We understand that there may be times when concerns or complaints arise, and we encourage open communication to resolve these issues promptly and fairly.

    **1. Raising a Complaint:**
    - If you have a concern or complaint, please bring it to the attention of a staff member or the program director as soon as possible.
    - Complaints can be made verbally, in writing, or via email.

    **2. Acknowledgment:**
    - We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
    - You will be informed of the process and approximate timeline for addressing the complaint.

    **3. Investigation and Resolution:**
    - Complaints will be investigated in a fair, impartial, and timely manner.
    - We may seek further information or clarification to understand the nature of the complaint fully.
    - All efforts will be made to resolve the complaint within 14 working days.

    **4. Confidentiality:**
    - All complaints will be handled confidentially, with information shared only on a need-to-know basis.

    **5. Outcome:**
    - You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation and any actions taken to resolve the issue.
    - If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a review by the program director or an independent third party.

    **6. Continuous Improvement:**
    - We are committed to continuously improving our programs and services. Feedback from complaints will be used to enhance our practices and policies.
