2025 Weddin Mountain Muster Registration

Register for the 2025 Weddin Mountain Muster (Sunday 28 September - Saturday 4 October) by submitting the form below between 1 May and 7 May 2025.

Please note: Completing this form DOES NOT secure your position on the 2025 Muster.

Individual participants and groups will be selected via a ballot system conducted once registrations have closed. Learn more about the registration and ballot process here.

All fields must be completed. You can nominate to ride and camp for the full week, or selected days. All participants (riders and non-riders) are required to complete a separate registration form. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental approval.

Before registering, please ensure you are aware of the associated costs. If you are selected for the 2025 Muster, full payment will be due within 14 days from the invoice date. Payment plans will not be offered. Failure to pay on time will result in your position on the ride being forfeited.

The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry and/or cancel your registration if you contravene the rules. The Committee also reserves the right to make changes to the program as deemed necessary.

Merchandise orders will be available online from Wednesday 14 May 2025.

Once you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you don't, check your spam/junk mail before contacting us. Please ensure you check the details have been captured correctly and notify the Secretary if something requires amendment.

Before answering the following question, please read the following information relating to the costs of the event

Costs

Full week registration: $420*
This includes five days of riding, six nights camping fees, morning tea and lunch on the rides, Sunday night welcome dinner and Friday night finale dinner.

Day rider: $90*
This includes camping fees for the nominated days, morning tea and lunch on the ride.

Non-rider, camping for the week: $120*
Includes six nights camping fees, Sunday night welcome dinner and Friday night finale dinner.

Non-rider, camping part week: $15/day*
Includes camping only.

Sunday night (Welcome) dinner: $20*
BBQ dinner and dessert.

Friday night (Finale) dinner: $30*
Baked dinner and dessert.

Merchandise and hay orders are optional extras at additional cost.

Costs*

I am aware of the costs associated with the 2025 Weddin Mountain Muster. If I am offered a position on the ride and accept it, I agree to pay the full amount within 14 days of the invoice date. I understand that there is a non-refundable booking fee of $50.
