ASPMN® Recommendation for Nomination for Board of Directors/Nominating Committee
The ASPMN Nominating Committee is conducting the Call for Nominations for the 2025-2027 Board of Directors/Nominating Committee slate. Each of the following six elected positions are available, with terms beginning October 2025: Secretary (1), Board of Directors (BOD) (3), and Nominating Committee Members (2).

We encourage you to nominate yourself or another ASPMN® member by completing the electronic submission form. All nominations MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday, May 23, 11:59pm EST, to be considered for the slate of candidates.

Secretary -- (one available position)

Responsibilities: The ASPMN Secretary serves a two-year term: 1) record the minutes of all meetings between the members and of the Board of Directors, 2) perform other such duties as prescribed by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications: Secretary to the Board must be a member of ASPMN for a minimum of five years. Candidates must have served on the BOD for one-term or have demonstrated strong leadership skills as a member or officer of an ASPMN committee or chapter or as a leader of an ASPMN task force.

Director (3) - - (Three available positions)

Responsibilities: BOD positions are two-year terms. Board members work together closely to conduct the business of the Society.

Qualifications: Directors of the Board must have been a member of ASPMN for a minimum of three years. and demonstrate strong leadership skills as a member of an ASPMN Committee, Task Force, or as a Chapter officer.

Nominating Committee (2) -- (Two available positions)

Responsibilities: Nominating Committee members serve a two-year term. Elected members prepare a slate of candidates for annual elections. ASPMN’s Immediate Past President serves as the Committee Chair and guides Committee activities.

Qualifications: Nominating Committee Members must be a member of ASPMN.
