Data Consent Form

Under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018, there are certain occasions when Transart Institute must obtain your explicit consent to use your information, known as "Personal Data." Personal Data includes, but is not limited to your name, address, contact number, email address, and photographic image.

We would like to hold and use your information for the purposes set out below which require consent.

• Emergency contact numbers and emails

 

TT will maintain a record of the following personal information for internal purposes only:

• Student ID number

TT's directory is made available to TT students, faculty, guests, advisors, and staff. I confirm I understand this and confirm that the following details may be published in the directory:

To keep me informed about news, events, and other ongoings of the instutute, TT may contact me in the following ways for this purpose:

• Other forms of contact I've provided (can include social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn)

 

TT's newsletter is made publicly available. I understand this and confirm that the following details may be published in the newsletter:

• Achievements
• Credited photos
