    It is very crucial that I have a thorough understanding of your hair history from the last 5 years to have a better understanding of your hair. Please check all that apply:
  • Please attach current photo(s) of your hair. It is extremly important that the photo(s) you submit are current and accurate.

    • Please make sure your hair is down and the full length of your hair is visibly present in the photograph(s) (roots to ends)
    • Please take the photo(s) in natural lighting. Pictures taken in direct sunlight, indoor lighting, or nighttime lighting can come off as inaccurate and can look decieving. 
    • No posed photos: no filters!! I am not here to judge any appearance, I am simply here to get the best possible look at your hair and to see how I can help you achieve your desired outcome.

  • Haus of Mane Business hours: Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

     

    When it comes to new clients, depending on what it is you're looking for, I prefer to have you has my first appointment of the day so that I can truly take my time when it comes to achieving exactly what you want. If you prefer later appointments (depending on what service you are looking for) my latest new client appointment begins at 1:00pm. If you prefer later appointments, after your new client appointment, you can book maintenance appointments after 1:00 pm. 

  • Cancellations, No-shows, and Late arrivals

  • As I do understand that things happen, it is very important that you do your best to let Haus of Mane know of any changes that need to happen with your upcoming appointments. 

    Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If a 48 hour cancellation notice is given there will be no charge to your card on file. 

    After 48 hours, a 50% nonrefundable service fee will be charged of the scheduled appointment. 

    If the cancellation is within 24 hours of the given appointment, there will be a nonrefundable charge of 100% of the service. 

    If the appointment is no-showed, 100% of the service will be charged with a nonrefundable fee.

    When it comes to late arrivals, I do understand that things happen. I ask that you try to be as transparent with me as possible when it comes to the arrival of your appointment if you are running late.

    Please understand that if you are 15 minutes late, this will be considered a no-show and will be subjected to paying the no-show fee in full, rescheduling your appointment, and / or paying a late fee.

    Please understand that if you are late, I can only provide you with a portion of your scheduled service, I will not allow scheduled clients after you to wait for their scheduled appointment time. 

    In the event that a fee is due, I will charge the card on file listed under your vagaro profile. All fee's listed above are nonrefundable. 

  • Corrections

  • As I do like to consider myself pretty advanced and knowledgeable in this industry, I also understand I am not perfect and mistakes happen. I understand that things may not go as planned (bad color tube, gloss/toner taking wrong, hair isn't lightening to desired lightness, etc) and a correction might be needed. All services are nonrefundable under any circumstances, but I will do anything I can to make any necessary adjustments at my soonest availability if you aren't happy with something from your appointment. The correction appointment is not the opportunity to add things that weren't discussed about in our consultation. This appointment is specifically correct what you are unhappy with. This is not valid if you went to another stylist to try to correct your hair, your hair comes in contact with any chemicals, you do not wash your hair with filtered water (living in Florida this is extremely important as hard water will alter the color of you hair, especially blondes), trying to correct your hair yourself, at-home haircare instructions that were provided by myself are not followed, you are not using professional products at home.

    If you are not happy with the outcome of your appointment, you have 72 hours to contact me for a correction appointment.  

    If I am contacted after 72 hours of the appointment, it will not be a correction service but it will be a paid service.

  • Why do I ask for this information?

    While doing your hair, the integrity of your hair is my top priority. Some medications can actually interfere with the hair growth cycle. Causing thinning hair, hair breakage or even hair loss. Having an understanding of your medical background / medication history allows me to know the healthiest way to treat your hair. This allows me to recommend the correct products, treatments, and allows me to help you avoid potential harmful hair products. Certain techniques may not be best for individuals on specific medications or with certain health conditions. 

    All medical information shares with me will remain confidential and will only be used to help me give you the best possible service. 

  • Social Media Consent

  • Taking pictures, videos, and creating content are part of my job. While doing this I post most of my content online to my social media platforms. Social media is a vital part in the hair industry, it is how I build my clients, it's how I get my name out there, it is how I make brand deals. Social media is just as important of a career for me as being your hair stylist.
