The Black Culture Festival will be held on July 26th & 27th 2025 rain or shine! All vendors space are 10x10 unless otherwise approved by the festival organizers. All vendors are to supply their own tent and chairs. All fees are non-refundable unless approved by festival organizers. Festival Hours are 12pm- 8pm both days. Vendor Setup times: Setup: 10am Arrival, ready no later than 11:15am End Time: 8pm, off premise no later than 10pm
