Use this form to request to spend your JP Achievement Award Grant. Please make sure to fill in all the information correctly. Grants can only be spent on items/events/projects that benefit mostly those in the Scout, Explorer or Network sections (however, the items/event/project could also benefit younger sections).
The maximum grant amount for a Young Person Award is £300 and for an Adult Award is £1000. The scheme does also allow for two young person winners to combine their awards to a maximum of £600 - if this is the case, both winners must complete separate forms and ensure they list the name of the other winner.
Once the form is completed, it will be sent to the County Jack Petchey Coordinator for authorisation. DO NOT spend any money until you have had this form authorised and returned to you. Adult Award grant spends can take up to six weeks to be authorised by Jack Petchey, please take this into account when requesting your Grant
Once authorised, items can be purchased using Group/Unit monies. Copies of receipts MUST be kept as these will need to be submitted to receive reimbursement back to the Group/Unit.
Please do not change what you spend your grant on without checking by emailing andrew.watkins@southlondonscouts.org.uk.
