The Hale Adams & Janet Kralik Memorial Scholarship is open to current high school seniors who are registered with Colorado Swimming. Two athletes, one boy and one girl, will each win a total of $1,500 toward college tuition. The scholarship committee will review all applications and will then make recommendations to the CSI Board of Directors. All applications must be submitted by June 1st. The winners will be notified in mid July via email.

Eligibility:

• Senior in high school
• Registered as a USA Swimming athlete member in Colorado
• Minimum of 3.5 weighted (Honors, AP, IB courses) GPA
• Please attach school transcript with application
