Consultant/Counselor/Mentor/Teacher will meet with client for each session. Provider will provide the services desired by contract to the client. Client will provide payment via Cashapp $UniquelyMeDesign/ Zelle nett0919@yahoo.com/ Paypal to @UniquelyMe95. All payments should be labeled with name and service provided for accountability. All fees paid are non-refundable. All publishing services are contractual for 8 months from signed date of contract. 

Confidentality: No confidential Information will be shared to any third party unless "need to know" basis required by law or judicial proceddings with written request for information signed by a lawful judge. A detailed agreement will be signed by both Provider and Client for services. 

Clients signature is legal and binding. By signing this contract, you are stating you are ready to do the work, be accountable, responsible and transparent in the services provided. The results are based on the work the client puts in to follow the instructions and strategies given for transformation and completion of the work.

Cancellations: Service Provider and Client must agree to rescheduling to an open appointment time for services to be provided on a one-time basis with no additional fee. No refunds are given. Two no-shows or Lack of communication result in $25 fee for time missed in scheduling. Continual rescheduling is grounds for nullifying contract and dismissal from services. Notify the provider 24 hours prior for any needed rescheduling or cancellation.
