    Companies nominated must be current members in good standing with DAA and individuals nominated must be currently employed by a current DAA member in good standing.

    Nomination Requirements

    1. It is required that you also have nominated a few of your DE properties.

    2. You must have in attendance at least 4 employees to attend the interview or you will be immediately disqualified. We will allow one reschedule if needed after an interview has been confirmed.

    3. A marketing presentation to sharing the company mission and core values

    4. Be prepared to share programs or services that your organization developed to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.

    5. Be prepared to share how does the organization contribute to the apartment industry (e.g., associations, advocacy, leadership roles)

    6. How does the organization invest in employee training, development, and retention
