•Please note that stalls are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

•Special requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

•Full prepayment is required in order to reserve stalls. Please make checks payable to MIDDLEBURG CLASSIC, or contact the horse show office to make payment by credit card at (540) 935-1125.

•Feed and bedding orders will be coordinated through and billed directly by the horse show office.

•Completed Stabling Reservation Forms and all stall payments must be received no later than August 31, 2026, to avoid late fees.

•Stalls are non-refundable after close of entries.
