Rescheduling
Please give at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit can be transferred one time to a new date.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you’re running behind, send me a quick text.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling depending on the day’s flow.
Arrivals over 20 minutes late will forfeit the deposit.
Guests
I am unable to accommodate guests during sessions unless discussed ahead of time. This helps keep the studio focused and intentional.
Design Process
Custom designs begin after your appointment is secured. Designs are not sent ahead of time. Placement and details are reviewed together at your session.
Allergies / Sensitivities
Please list any allergies, sensitivities, or access needs in the Final Notes section so I can prepare accordingly.
