      • 1. This Tournament is a Bermuda Lawn Association sanctioned event and will be played under the rules of tennis as approved by the International
        Tennis Federation (ITF).
        2. All matches will take place at the Temple of Tennis Courts (Port Royal) unless otherwise indicated. The Tournament Committee reserves the
        right to schedule matches at other venues.
        3. Age groupings are determined by ITF rulings. Example: To enter the 12 & U division players must be in their 12th year or younger. The same
        applies across the board for all age divisions.
        4. Entry forms to be submitted no later than the stated deadline date. Late entries will not be accepted.
        5. The draw will take place the evening of the entry deadline at the Temple of Tennis office.
        6. Participants must be current members of the BLTA to play in this tournament. Players who are not already BLTA members for this year must
        include $40 for the membership fee. Membership forms are available from the BLTA office or online from www.blta.bm PLEASE NOTE PLAYERS
        WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IF THEY ARE NOT A VALID AND CURERNT BLTA MEMBER.
        7. All players must make themselves available during the tournament hours stated above. The schedule will be sent out to all participants the
        day before the event via email and through WhatsApp. It is the responsibility of each player to find out their own time of play.
        8. Players must report to the Tournament desk on arrival.
        9. Players are expected to be ready to play at their scheduled time. A competitor is liable to be defaulted, at discretion of the Tournament
        Referee if not ready to play within 15 minutes of the time the match is called. When courts are not available, competitors are expected to
        remain at the Tournament venue until courts become available.
        10. Format of play will be either Round Robin format or Elimination; based on the number of entries in the respective age categories. Matches
        will be the best two out of three regular tie-break sets. (A 10-point super tie-break may be implemented in lieu of a third set if there are time
        constraint issues due to weather of court availability).
        11. Appropriate tennis attire is always required on court.
        12. Warm-up time is 5 minutes maximum.
        13. Winner of each match must return the balls and report the score to the official at the Tournament desk.
        14. Matches will not be umpired; however, if a player experiences difficulties during the match with questionable calls etc. he/she has the right
        to request an umpire. Finals may or may not be umpired.
        15. Players are expected to always display good sportsmanship. The Temple of Tennis Code of Conduct and the Point Penalty System will be in
        effect throughout the Tournament.
        16. The Tournament referee is empowered to take whatever measures are deemed necessary in the interest of the Tournament, without the
        referee of the committee being liable in any way.
        17. Photographs and images of players may be taken during the tournament. These photographs and images may be shared on various media
        and communication platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials, for the purpose
        of promoting and documenting the Temple of Tennis events and activities. Players (or their guardian) consent to the use of their likenesses
        in this manner, without any further compensation or notification.
        PRIVACY CONSENT – USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
        You consent to the collection and use of your and your dependent’s name, cell phone number, email address and any provided contact
        information for the purposes of:
        • Sharing tournament updates, schedules, and related information.
        • Sharing event pictures
        • Communicating announcements or changes regarding the event.
        You consent to the collection of your dependent's date of birth for the sole purpose of assessing eligibility for tournament categories and
        divisions.
        Data Security and Privacy
        The organizers are committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We will not sell, share, or
        distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing or other purposes without your explicit consent.
        In the unlikely event of a data breach that may compromise your information, you will be promptly notified, along with any relevant
        authorities, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
        Your Rights
        You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. If you wish to exercise these
        rights, please contact the BLTA.
        You may withdraw your consent for the use of your information for certain purposes at any time in writing to the BLTA, but doing so may
        impact your participation in the tournament.
