Terms and Conditions:
I, [Student/Parent/Guardian Name], hereby enroll in music lessons at The Harp Academy and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by the school. I understand that payment is due in advance for lesson bookings and that any cancellations or rescheduling must be made with The Harp Academy according to their policies.
Group Lesson Policy:
Attendance: Group lessons are scheduled at fixed times. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled group lesson, no make-up lesson, credit, or refund will be provided.
Payment Terms:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required to secure enrollment.
Balance: The remaining balance is due on the first day of class.
