Registration Process
The registration process involves four straightforward steps.
Step 1: Number of Participants
You will first be asked how many people you wish to register for the Conference.
Options:
- Register only yourself.
- Register multiple participants (e.g., staff, team).
If registering multiple participants, please indicate the total number, including yourself. You should choose this option if you want to book a room where all the participants want to sleep together.
Step 2: Participant Details
Next, you will need to provide the required registration details for:
- Yourself.
- Any additional participants you are registering.
Step 3: Confirmation
- Confirm the participation fee: €370.00 per person.
Step 4: Accommodation
In the final step, you will choose your preferred accommodation option:
- Bed in a larger shared room.
- Sleeping in a tent or your own camper van (in the park).
- Reserved room (1, 2, or 3 beds) - Subject to availability.
Alternative (if other options are unsuitable or unavailable and only for special needs and requests for single rooms): "Accommodation in an external hotel near the Scout Centre."
If selected, we will provide a quote for a single or double room in a nearby hotel.
Estimated additional cost: €300 for three nights.
This cost is in addition to the €370.00 conference fee.
Confirmation and Payment:
Once the form is complete, you will receive a summary of your request and payment instructions.
To confirm your registration and secure your selected room, the bank transfer must be made within 5 days.
