Each subject (e.g. Numbers & Operations, Biology, Writing for STEM) runs for 4 one-hour classes from Monday to Thursday in a given week.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LEARNING SPROUTS SUMMER CAMP

1. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for children aged 5–18 and are grouped according to age and readiness.

2. Registration and Payment

Full payment must be made before the start of the program to confirm enrollment.
Late payments will incur a 3% interest charge on any outstanding balance. Prompt payment ensures your child’s place in class.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Instead of refunds, we offer credits. Credits are a payment balance that can be applied toward any other available classes or workshops during the Summer Camp term (June–September 2025). They allow you to reschedule or switch to a different class without losing your payment. Credits are only valid during this camp period and cannot be transferred or carried forward beyond September 2025.

4. Code of Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, focused environment for all participants.
Disruptive behavior may lead to dismissal from the program. Parents will be informed if any concerns arise.

5. Class Placement and Adjustments

Placement is determined by age, experience, and class availability.
Learning Sprouts reserves the right to adjust schedules or groupings as needed.

6. Materials and Access

All learning materials provided are for the enrolled child’s use only.
Redistribution of materials is not permitted.

7. Parent Communication

By enrolling, you consent to receive important updates via email or WhatsApp.
You may opt out of promotional content following the program.

8. Consent and Media Release

We protect your children’s privacy. Any photos or recordings taken of your children will not be released to the public unless we receive a written permission from you. We do not share photos of our students’ faces on our social media accounts.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information of you and your child will be kept private and used only for program-related communications. We also do not share any information about other parents or students with our clients (you).
