    Please note that the Ultimate Girls Weekend is a women's event and this includes all staff and particupants.

    STRICT BUMP IN: From 1pm - 3pm Thursday 26th February

    BUMP OUT: From 3.30pm Sunday 1st March 2026 (males can come on site from 4pm to help bump out) 

     

    ATTENDEES:

    We are expecting approx 1000. This is our third year in Victoria so we will keep you updated on how this is tracking. 

    As this is three days of camping, this includes breakfast, lunch, dinners etc. 

     

    TRADING HOURS

    FRIDAY: 9am - 9pm (can be from 11am if you aren't offering breakfast on the first day)

    SATURDAY: 9am - 9pm

    SUNDAY: 9am - 3:30pm (Partners can come back onsite to assist in packdown from 4pm)

    Stall holders can trade outside these hours if desired. Healing stalls are welcome to close earlier if needed.

    Please do what is best for you and your business. We want you to enjoy the festival as well. We ask that packdown is not before 3:30pm on the Sunday.

    Bump in is on Thursday between 1pm-3pm.

    By participating in the Ultimate Girls Weekend, you have agreed to trade for the duration (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) of the Festival.

    We only accept one of each type eg. Bar, Coffee, pizza etc. We want you all to do well.

    OPTIONS:

    Size: 6x3m (these are very limited)

    Cost: $495

    INCLUSIONS:
    2 X FESTIVAL Pass with 2 complimentary CAMPING TICKETS (can camp behind store with car parking close by or behind if there is room and the safety officier allows.)
    2 x car pass

    Power is $220 if required. 

    YOU MUST TAKE YOUR OWN RUBBISH HOME WITH YOU.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    Pay in full via the acceptance link we send within 14 days to confirm your involvment. Payment plans are also available. 

    FOOD VENDOR COMMITMENT TICKET AGREEMENT PROCESS

    Once an applicant has agreed to be involved and secured a ticket, no refunds or credits will be issued. The ticket fee will cover the costs of cancellation and the subsequent involvement of administration staff, marketing staff, web admin staff, graphic design staff and talent management staff to amend timetable, map and marketing material.

    Food vendor tickets cannot be on-sold and cannot arrange for another to take their position. By proceeding you are stating that you agree to these terms.

    If you don't proceed you will forfeit any monies paid.

    PLEASE NOTE - There are NO refunds on full price tickets. It is your responsibility to onsell any tickets you may have purchased or have on payment plan in lieu of your food vendor pass.

    Extra helpers can be added for $240 each which covers the cost of having them on site.

    Bring own camping gear for yourself and staff.

  • ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

    It is your resposibility to ensure that your set up is secured at all times for all weather and conditions. This includes signage. For marquees, the local council requires a minimum of 30 kilo weights per leg but might be more under different conditions. You must adhere to the HRIA pegging and weighting guidelines.  

    YOU MUST BE SET UP DURING BUMP IN TIMES. The local council will do a walk around Thursday afternoon.


    YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE for the safely of your food and handling. Food is cooked properly, gloves are worn when handling food for example. 


    YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE for the cash handling facilities & security of funds


    YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE for REMOVAL of ALL RUBBISH from your site/stall. NO EXCEPTIONS
