Please be advised some sessions are subject to the availability of our Associates. If we are not able to accommodate your request we will be in touch to discuss alternatives.

You don't need to use this form to request your free 10 week First Experiences - these will be allocated automatically for every Primary and Special School and we will be in touch with your details.

1. School Subscription 

Primary School Subscription Plus can be shared by up to 3 small or federated schools.

If this is applies to you, please choose the Primary School Subscription Plus option above and notify susie.jones@theatrclwyd.com 

 

2. First Experiences Follow On (primary only)

In addition to your free term of sessions, you can buy in First Experiences for one or both additional terms (10 weeks).

This will be with the same Music Associate, the same (or similar) instrument and is designed for the same class or classes as took part in the first term.

You don't need to use this form to book your free term of First Experiences sessions.

 3. PPA Cover

New for 2025-26, we can provide PPA cover with one of our qualified Music Associates.

PPA is charged at £57.30 per hour

4. Large Groups and School Ensembles

Select the session type, the specialism, the length of the session and in which terms you want the sessions to take place. 

For more than one session type, please submit a separate booking form. 

Regular weekly sessions are not included in School Subscriptions and are charged at £38.20 per hour.

You don't need to use this form to book your First Experiences sessions.

5. One off workshops/live music

Please contact us at susie.jones@theatrclwyd.com with requests for workshops and live music performances. Subscription schools are entitled to 2 workshops and 1 live performance as part of their subscription package.

6. Bespoke Teacher Training

Please contact us at susie.jones@theatrclwyd.com with requests for bespoke training sessions in school.
