We are expecting between 750 to 1000. Last year we had just shy of 800.
SELF CARE HUB TIMES
FRIDAY: 9am - 11:30am, 12:30pm-3pm, 4pm-6:30pm
SATURDAY: 9am - 11:30am, 12:30pm-3pm, 4pm-6:30pm
SUNDAY: 9am - 11:30am, 12:30pm-3pm

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
* You choose your shifts in advance (These fill up quickly and are on a first come, first served basis)
* 30 minutes before, you present to the line up tent to get signed in, grab your list and you will be shown where you will be placed
* Attendees line up to choose who they would like a Healing or Reading with
* They return 10 minutes beforehand to the waiting area
* You call out their name to collect them
* Payment is by donation from $50 for 25 minutes and given direct to you by the attendee before or after your session

1 X FESTIVAL PASS with complimentary CAMPING TICKET (camp in staff camping - if wanting to camp with members of the public please let us know)

PAYMENT TERMS
Your spot is confirned one payment is received. Payment plans are also available.
SELF CARE HUB COMMITMENT TICKET AGREEMENT PROCESS
Once an applicant has agreed to be involved and secured a ticket, no refunds or credits will be issued. The ticket fee will cover the costs of cancellation and the subsequent involvement of administration staff, marketing staff, web admin staff, graphic design staff and talent management staff to amend timetable, map and marketing material.
SELF CARE HUB tickets cannot be on-sold and cannot arrange for another to take their position.
By proceeding you are stating that you agree to these terms.
If you don't proceed you will forfeit any monies paid.
PLEASE NOTE - There are NO refunds on full price tickets. It is your responsibility to onsell any tickets you may have purchased or have on payment plan in lieu of your Healer/Reader pass.

Extra helpers can be added for $240 each which covers the cost of having them on site.
Bring own camping gear,
Each of our spaces will have 2 chairs and a small table. Please bring everything else you need including massage table. (We will have two of these onsite but can not guarantee they will be available).
The sessions are done in close proxicity and in a festival setting. If you are unable to work under these circumstances - we totally understand that this set up with not work for you and there is no need to continue with submitting your application.
We can not make allowances onsite and although all care is given to add some privacy and quiet, this is in a festival setting.
SELF CARE HUB does not have power.
