    1. Accuracy of Information
      I certify that all information provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false, misleading, or omitted information may result in disqualification from employment or, if employed, immediate termination.

    2. Background Verification Acknowledgment
      I understand that All Points Community Management, LLC and/or Derby City Property Management, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may conduct background checks and/or obtain information necessary to verify the accuracy of my application and assess my qualifications for employment, to the extent permitted by law. I further understand that I may be required to complete a separate background check disclosure and authorization through a third-party provider.

    3. Work Requirements
      I understand that the position for which I am applying may require overtime, on-call, after-hours, or holiday work as a condition of employment.

    4. At-Will Employment
      I understand that, if hired, my employment with the Company will be at-will. This means that either I or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law. I further understand that this application does not constitute a contract of employment. No employee or representative of the Company has authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified period or to alter the at-will nature of employment, except through a written agreement explicitly titled “Employment Agreement” and signed by both me and an authorized officer of the Company.

    5. Drug and Fitness Testing
      I understand that I may be required to submit to pre-employment, post-employment, or reasonable suspicion drug testing and/or fitness-for-duty evaluations, to the extent permitted by law.

    6. Final Pay and Company Property
      To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any required separate written authorization, I agree that the Company may deduct from my final paycheck any amounts lawfully owed, including but not limited to unreturned Company property, unpaid insurance premiums, loans or advances, or other financial obligations. I understand that any such deductions will comply with applicable federal and state laws.

    7. Dispute Resolution
      As a condition of employment, I understand that any workplace dispute or claim that cannot be resolved internally may be submitted to alternative dispute resolution, including mediation or arbitration, where permitted by law and any applicable agreement.
