  • Thank you for taking the first step toward adopting! Please check off that you understand ALL of the following. If not all statements are agreed to, we will not be reviewing your application.*

  • Thank you for considering adoption through Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue! Unfortunately, because there are people in your home that are not in agreement with adopting a dog, then we will not be processing your application at this time. We do hope, that after further discussion with your family, that all will be in agreement with adopting a dog!

  • How soon are you looking to bring a dog home if your application is approved and a good match is found?*

  •    Just browsing or not really ready?   

    We suggest waiting to complete the application for when you are ready or know that you would like to adopt, and keeping an eye on our website in the meantime!

    We will gladly hold a completed application for you until we recieve a message that you are ready, but we will not begin processing your application until we receive your message that you are ready to adopt.
