  • Normal Booking: Food only. No staff, no décor, no setup. You handle all pickup, delivery, and cleanup.

  • Lux Booking:Full-course meal, basic table setup (linens, light décor, charger plates), and one assistant. No hosting.

  • Unlimited Lux Booking :Food, luxury setup, full staff, bartender, music/sound, and Chef Sammy as your host. Includes hosting, games, full event control, and premium extras.

    By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms. This form is for booking request only. Once approved, you will be contacted to finalize your menu and complete payment steps.


    1. Booking Fee & Consultation
    A $50 non-refundable booking/consultation fee is required for all bookings in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
    This covers:

    Time spent planning your event
    Customizing your service
    Communication & consultation


    For out-of-state or travel events, a $150 consultation fee is required.
    This does not include:

    Hotel/lodging
    Flights or transportation
    Rental cars or gas
    The $150 only covers time spent planning and preparing your travel-based event.


    These consultation fees are not part of your deposit and do not go toward your final balance.


    2. Deposit After Menu Selection
    Once your menu is selected, a deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your date.
    For larger or more customized events, a 50% deposit may be requested instead.
    No deposit = no food prep or reservation.


    3. Travel & Out-of-State Policy

    Travel events require the $150 consultation fee as stated above.
    You are also responsible for:

    Hotel stay (if applicable)
    Transportation (gas, rental car, flights, etc.)
    These costs will be added to your invoice and must be paid in full before travel is confirmed.

     
    4. Service Levels (Based on Package)

    Normal Booking
    Full-course meal (starter, main, appetizer, dessert, drink)
    No setup, no staff, no décor
    You handle pickup, drop-off, or delivery


    Lux Booking
    Full-course meal
    Basic setup: linens, charger plates, light décor
    One assistant or server
    No event hosting


    Unlimited Lux Booking
    Everything from Lux, plus:
    Bartender
    Full décor & ambiance
    Music/sound setup
    Multiple staff
    Chef Sammy & Charles will host your entire event (games, timing, guest flow, vibes)

      
    5. Refund Policy
    All consultation fees, deposits, and booking payments are non-refundable.
    This includes the $50 and $150 consultation fees. If you cancel within 5 days of your event, 50% of your full invoice may still be due due to time and food costs.


    6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
    Please notify us of any food allergies or restrictions when booking.
    WackingWithFlavor is not a certified allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.


    7. Booking Approval
    Submitting this form does not lock in your booking. Once Chef Sammy approves the request, you’ll be contacted to:

    Select your menu
    Pay consultation fee (if not already paid)
    Make your deposit
    Finalize any extras (setup, travel, hosting)
