Hello! Thank you for your interest in my Stained glass art! Please fill out the form and provide as many details as possible so that I can provide you with the most accurate quote.

*A NON refundable $150 deposit is required up front before I make your mockup design. This pays for my time creating your design. Please be ready to submit payment. The non refundable deposit will go towards the total cost of your art. I will have direct communication with you to design your art work and make any changes. Once the design is approved, the remaining balance will be due in full within ONE WEEK from mockup completion.
