SolomonEOS Lean Six Sigma White Belt (8 Hours)

Basic awareness of Lean Six Sigma concepts and introduction to DMAIC methodology.

Participants will earn a Certificate of Completion, Del Mar College Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) and industry-recongized SolomonEOS Six Sigma credential.

1 - (8) hour instructor-led live in-person course.

SolomonEOS Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (30 Hours)

The ability to implement process improvement using Lean Six Sigma Methology. White Belt required prior to enrollment.

Participants will earn a Certificate of Completion, Del Mar College Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) and industry-recongized SolomonEOS Six Sigma credential.

2 - (4) hour, in-person sessions

1 - (4 hour) in-person coaching session focused on fine-tuning project

1 - Virtual orientation session on Solomon EOS platform
