After reviewing your consultation form, I reserve the right to determine if we are the right fit for each other. If I feel that your hair goals, expectations, or needs may be better served by another stylist, I will kindly refer you to a trusted professional in the area who may be a better match.
My priority is making sure you recieve the best care possible - even if that means it's not with me.
The KB Hair Lounge Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. As an independent stylist, every appointment is carefully scheduled to provide a high level of personalized service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and protect the sustainability of my business, I kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Reschedules
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
•Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
•Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and are subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service.
These fees are non-negotiable and will be required to be paid before rebooking.

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Illness & Emergencies
I understand that life happens. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, please contact me as soon as possible. I allow for three emergency exceptions per calendar year per client. Beyond that, regular cancellation fees will apply.

Running Late
If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible.
•Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the appointment may be marked as a no-show.
•If we proceed, services may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time while maintaining pricing integrity.

Deposit Policy
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be applied to your final service total. If you cancel within the allowed window, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

As a small, independently run studio, last-minute changes have a significant impact. Your appointment is reserved just for you, and when it’s missed without notice, that time cannot be rebooked. This policy ensures fairness for both stylist and client and allows me to continue offering a high-quality experience for every guest.
