Volunteer Coordinator Expectations

· Must be an active AECT member in good standing for at least 7 years and attended at least 3 AECT Conventions

· Submit application by July 31- Deadline extended to August 9!

· Collaborate online with AECT staff to create a volunteer schedule by October 1 and manage schedule adjustments to finalize schedule by October 30

· Connect with volunteers at the start of each shift to delegate tasks, answer questions, and help AECT staff troubleshoot issues

· On-site support starting Tuesday morning, November 3 through Friday afternoon, November 7

· Complete evaluation for each volunteer
