General Attendee (Non-Vendor): Includes State Program Managers/Delegates, employees of State Programs, Federal Partners, local agencies, speaker/presenter, etc.

Vendor Attendee (Sponsorship): Includes both record management system and repository system companies. All vendors who wish to attend, must select a sponsorship package. The package will include the cost of attendance and meals. There are options ranging from 1 to 3 attendees per package.

State Program Manager (Voting Representatives): Each state, district, or territory shall name one (1) person as its Voting Representative. An alternate representative may be named if the if the designated Voting Representative is not able to attend the Conference. Only one person from each state or territory may be selected as State Program Manager (Voting Representative).

General Members: Any other person who is employed by a State Program.

Each Registration includes attendance, meals, the welcome event, and the evening event.
