• 2025/26 Club & Executive Information Reporting Form

    This information is collected for the purpose of maintaining the club's record with Kin Canada and for ensuring communication that affects club operations can be circulated to the club president, treasurer, secretary, and/or risk manager throughout the year. The club mailing address, email address, and website URL will also be posted publicly on the Find a Club database on www.kincanada.ca for recruitment and bursary program purposes. If you have any questions about how your information will be used, please contact mdicarlo@kincanada.ca. IMPORTANT: Even if your club information is staying the same as last year, this form is still required so we can confirm that our files are correct and update the year for Club Executives. NOTE: If your club executives or your club contact information changes after submitting this form, please email jhaug@kincanada.ca instead of submitting another CERF.
  • NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended that all clubs have a club-specific email address rather than using a member's personal email address. This improves the credibility of the club, helps ensure continuity of club communications if the main contact is no longer able to access their email, and reduces the need for Kin Canada to update your club contact information and the Find a Club database each year.

    Term of office: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026
  • PLEASE NOTE: as per Chapter 12 of the National Policies and Procedures of the Association the Club President and Club Treasurer must submit a Criminal Record Check (CRC) within two months (60 days) of being elected. Results must not be older than three months (90 days); results that are more than 90 days old will not be accepted. Once the check results are submitted, they are valid for three years from the date on the record check (not the date of submission to Kin Canada). 

    If you are unsure if your Club President and Club Treasurer require a new CRC or VSC, Jenn Haug (jhaug@kincanada.ca) would be happy to check for you.

    IMPORTANT: Results of the record check must be sent to Kin Canada no later than November 15, 2025 to maintain the Club's Good Standing.

The Club President will receive emails from their Deputy Governor, their District Governor(s), Kin Canada Operations, and Kin Canada Bursaries throughout the year. They may also receive printed information via regular mail on occasion.
