ILTM 2025 Transportation Request Form

"ILTM is arranging a complimentary arrival shuttle service on Monday, October 6th, 2025, from 8:00am to 8:00pm, from LPIA to Rosewood, SLS, and Grand Hyatt, Baha Mar. It is not necessary to fill in the request form for arrival on that day, except if you want to book your own private ground transfer at your own expense. ILTM is arranging a complimentary departure shuttle service as well on Friday, October 10th, 2025, from 5:00am to 8:00pm, from Rosewood, SLS, and Grand Hyatt, Baha Mar to LPIA.“
 

Please note that you can book up to five (5) people, on the same flight, on this form. For additional guests or if you are booking for someone on a different arrival or departure flight, please complete a separate booking. Please ensure ALL flight and passenger information is correct before submitting. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submittal.

Upon arrival into Nassau, collect your luggage and proceed outside the airport where you will be greeted by local uniformed staff from Wildflowers. Our team will escort you to your awaiting transportation for the transfer to your designated hotel.

Prices: 
One Way Coach (Shared) Transfer: $60.72 per person 

One Way Sedan Transfer (Private): $265.65 per vehicle 

One Way SUV Transfer (Private): $290.95 per vehicle 

One Way Sprinter Transfer (Private): $379.50 per vehicle 

Note: Prices include cost of transfer, Wildflowers coordination, staffing & 10% governement mandated value added tax.

 

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund on bookings made five (5) days prior to requested transportation date.
50% refund on bookings made  three (3) days prior to requested transportation date.
No refunds on bookings made within 48 hours of requested transportation date.
