This payment arrangement is in compliance with applicable regulations in both the United States and the Cayman Islands, including the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Proceeds of Crime Law (POCL), and guidance from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Your payment information is handled with the highest standard of security and data privacy, in line with relevant U.S. and international data protection laws.
