Welcome to Onsite Childcare for IDWeek 2025!


Our professional caregivers will keep children engaged, happy, and well cared for throughout the conference. The childcare room will be filled with age-appropriate toys, books, puzzles, games, and arts & crafts to spark creativity and curiosity. We’ll also have time for free play and a fun movie to give kids a well-balanced experience throughout their day with us!

Childcare Details

Available for ages: 0 – 12 years
Location: Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park
Registration fee: $25 per family (non-refundable)
All childcare fees are per child and non-refundable.


Childcare Rates

Full-Day Segment 7:30am - 6:00pm = $110.00


Half-Day Segment 7:30am - 12:45pm OR 12:45pm - 6:00pm = $68.00


Wednesday Segment 7:30am - 11:15am = $48.00

 

All Childcare Days - Half Day Segments $340.00


All Childcare Days - Full Day Segments $550.00

 

 

Hourly Care (2 hour minimum) $20.00/hr

Children may attend partial hours within a purchased segment; however, unused time is non-refundable.

Registration Steps


Step 1: Complete the online registration form.

Please fill out all required fields (* marked). Accuracy helps us provide the best care for your child.


Step 2: Select your preferred childcare segments.

Choose from individual sessions or multi-day options to best fit your schedule.


Step 3: Make your payment securely via credit card.

A confirmation email will follow once your registration is complete.



On-Site Registration


We will accept on-site registrations only if space is available after all pre-registered families have been accommodated. Early registration is strongly recommended!
