    Welcome to Onsite Childcare for IDWeek 2026!


    Our professional caregivers will keep children engaged, happy, and well cared for throughout the conference. The childcare room will be filled with age-appropriate toys, books, puzzles, games, and arts & crafts to spark creativity and curiosity. We’ll also have time for free play and a fun movie to give kids a well-balanced experience throughout their day with us!

    Childcare Details

    Available for ages: 0 – 12 years
    Location: Marriott Marquis - Washington DC
    Registration fee: $25 per family (non-refundable)
    All childcare fees are per child and non-refundable.

    Children may attend partial hours within a purchased segment; however, unused time is non-refundable.
     
    Full Day Sessions (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM): $147.00
    Half Day Sessions (7:30 AM - 12:45 PM OR 12:45 PM - 6:00 PM): $78.75
    Saturday Session (7:30 AM - 11:45 AM): $63.75
    All Full Day Sessions: $550.00*
    All Half Day Sessions: $367.50
    Hourly Childcare: $20.00**
     
    *Saturday's Session ends at 11:45 AM
     
    **Hourly childcare is available with a 2 hour minimum between the hours of 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with the exception of  Wednesday when it will be available until 8:00 PM.
     

    On-Site Registration


    We will accept on-site registrations only if space is available after all pre-registered families have been accommodated. All onsite registrations will be charged $20 per hour, per child, with a 2-hour minimum.

Since session selections are not made directly on this form, you will receive a follow-up email to confirm your specific session preferences.
