Orders with no personal inclusions (or simple ones, such as easy to find candy) will be completed and shipped within three weeks of payment receipt.
For orders with personal inclusions, I will be in touch via email or text.
Personal inclusions (photographs, breastmilk, ashes, hair, etc,) must be shipped to me before I can add them to any order. These will be completed and shipped within three weeks of the day I receive the inclusions. Please keep a copy of the tracking number when you send me these inclusions.
Payment is due before I pour. I will work with you to make sure the item is to your specifications. Once the resin has been poured there can be no refunds.
