MODEL RELEASE: I agree to the following statement: I commission Jordan Morise, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or other people mentioned. I hereby grant and understand that Jordan Morise may use my images for (but not limited to) social media uploads, exhibitions, advertisements etc., and there will be NO compensation to the above.

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Jordan Morise, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Jordan Morise, as the PHOTOGRAPHER, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand that it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print, alter, or reproduce any images without the PHOTOGRAPHER'S consent, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A Google Drive folder with high-resolution digital files will be supplied with the purchase of my session. By choosing "I Agree," I understand the copyright and policies clause allows downloading, saving to hard drives, and posting on personal websites/blogs/social media accounts only with the photographer's acknowledgment, but it does not allow altering images in any manner. Screenshots of proofs can only be done after obtaining permission. By choosing "I Agree," I will honour the above statement.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographer's discretion. Tardiness of my session will not result in a delay; my session will remain within the scheduled time frame. Should I need to reschedule, I will contact the photographer via phone or email and give a minimum of 48 hours notice of said reserved session date; otherwise, I forfeit the transfer of my retainer for a new session date and will do my best to reschedule my session within two (2) weeks of the original session date.

PHOTO SESSION RETAINER & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable retainer of $50 per model OR $100 for the event in question is paid to Jordan Morise. I understand that this is separate from the hourly fee of $85 per person for the PORTRAIT photo session, OR $100 for the EVENT session. When I "Submit" this form, I will complete the next step to finalise my retainer payment. I understand that my remaining session balance will be calculated at the conclusion of the photo shoot and when I should expect to receive the images will be discussed. I understand I will receive an invoice containing the information of my session balance via email. Should the final balance not be paid, my images will NOT be released to me. By choosing "Submit," I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Jordan Morise.
