    Please read and agree to the terms below before submitting your request:

    • I confirm that I have purchased a new Angry Penguins paddle within the past 21 days.
    • I understand that I must submit this form within 21 days of my paddle purchase.
    • I agree to return my old paddle to Angry Penguins within 14 days of submitting this form.
    • I confirm that the paddle I am returning is used but still functional (not cracked, split, or destroyed).
    • I understand that Angry Penguins may decline my submission if the returned paddle does not meet program criteria.
    • I acknowledge that this program is limited to one paddle return per Angry Penguins paddle purchase.
    • I agree to include a printed copy of this submission in my return package.
    • I understand that, if eligible, I will receive a $40 Angry Penguins digital gift card, valid for 12 months, once my returned paddle is received and approved.
    • I understand that the gift card is not redeemable for cash and may only be used toward future Angry Penguins paddle purchases.
    • I acknowledge and agree that Angry Penguins reserves the right to reuse, repurpose, donate, upcycle, or dispose of the returned paddle at its sole discretion, and that no ownership rights or claims may be made once the paddle has been returned.
