To apply for a bursary, please complete the below application form, which covers the following:

Course fee bursaries are awarded in-kind and successful applications will result in a reduction of the fee payable. If applicable, you will be notified of the outstanding balance via email which can be paid through your NYT profile.

The deadline to submit your bursary application is 5pm on Wednesday 21st May 2025. You will receive your outcome on Thursday 5th June 2025.

NYT Bursary Policy
I understand that this bursary application must be completed in full and submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 21st May 2025 and that incomplete applications will not be considered.

I understand that once I have submitted my application, I will not be able to edit my application or submit another application for the 2025 membership courses.

I understand that there is no automatic entitlement to bursary funding through NYT, and that NYT will not be able to offer financial support to everyone who applies. NYT does not award bursary funding on an automatic threshold basis.

I understand that, although I may have received a bursary for my HUB subscription, I am not automatically entitled to a bursary for the intake courses.

I understand that I will need to submit a supporting reference, and supply evidence to support my bursary application or provide reasons as to why evidence is not available.
