VDURAStrong Challenge Series @ ISC 2025 Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation:
I am voluntarily participating in the VDURAStrong physical challenges. I understand that participation is not mandatory.
Health Acknowledgment:
I understand these activities involve physical exertion and may carry risks. I confirm I am in good health and, if needed, have consulted with a physician before participating.
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release and Waiver:
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge VDURA, its officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of ordinary negligence. This release covers all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property incurred in connection with participation, whether arising now or in the future.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VDURA and its affiliates from any claims, costs, or liabilities brought by me or a third party related to my participation.
Medical Treatment Authorization:
I authorize and consent to VDURA securing medical care if deemed necessary and I agree to assume all costs for such care.
Media Release:
I grant VDURA the unrestricted right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in photographs, video recordings, and publications, without compensation.
Governing Law:
This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts located therein.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign freely and voluntarily.
