Terms & Conditions

Roller skating is an inherently risky and physically demanding exercise, which the participant/spectator and/or their parent/guardian understands, acknowledges, and agrees.
While participating in and/or spectating activities/games at this establishment, the skater/spectator and/or their parent/guardian accepts all responsibility for any risk of injury, property damage, or death.
Participant/spectator and/or parent/guardian hereby waives any and all claims they may have against Rollerworld and all sponsors of the rink establishment, as well as their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, arising out of the participant's/spectator's use of the skating rink and all surrounding areas.
The participant/spectator agrees to obey the "Safe Skate Recommendations" and any other signage which is posted around the building, for the usage of the skating rink, as well as the instructions of the rink's operating personnel.
Participant's/spectator's use of the skating rink, the rental skates, and the surrounding areas may be terminated without return if they do not respect these terms of conduct.
I waive, release and discharge Rollerworld from any claims arising from participation in and/or spectating all activities at Rollerworld, except for the liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In the unlikey event of an accident, loss, or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that the company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury (except for death or personal injury caused by the company's negligence). I waive all claims against the company in this respect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollerworld accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the activities provided by Rollerworld, whether in contact, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise. Nothing in the disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting for negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
I agree to indemnify Rollerworld, its directors, employees and authorised persons from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands arising from my failure to comly with any of my obigations as set out above.
