Stop Funding Genocide

Stop Funding Genocide is a Europe-wide campaign dedicated to breaking the EU-Israel Association Agreement — the highest expression of EU complicity in Israel's crimes. This privileged agreement forms the legal and political backbone of all economic, academic, and diplomatic relations between the EU and Israel. As a result, the EU has become Israel’s top trading partner, and Israel benefits from access to European research programs like Horizon Europe, which links many of our universities directly to Israeli institutions. The EU’s support is instrumental in sustaining Israel’s occupation, apartheid, and genocide against the Palestinian people. That’s why we are taking action. We plan to initiate lawsuits in multiple EU countries and ultimately bring the case before the European Court of Justice. Our legal argument rests on Article 2 of the Association Agreement, which makes respect for human rights a binding condition. In light of Israel’s persistent human rights violations, the agreement stands in clear breach of its own conditions and must be terminated. We aim to mobilize hundreds of thousands of people across Europe to support this demand — through legal action, mass mobilization, and public pressure — to build a broad-based movement for a free Palestine.
